Artifex Property is a boutique real estate investment and asset management firm renowned for revitalizing underperforming commercial properties into high-performing, community-enhancing assets. For the repositioning of 505 Little Collins Street in Melbourne’s CBD, we were engaged to develop a cohesive branding strategy and suite of collateral that reflected the building’s transformation. Our creative direction highlighted the building's upgraded amenities, including a new façade, activated rooftop terrace, and premium ground-floor lobby, aligning with Artifex’s vision of creating aspirational spaces that attract and retain tenants. The resulting materials supported the property's market reintroduction, effectively communicating its enhanced value proposition to prospective tenants and stakeholders.
